Treat other members with courtesy, in your messages and on site. Insults, threats and degrading remarks are not tolerated.

In accordance with the Quebec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms, no listing, refusal or message may be based on race, colour, sex, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, sexual orientation, civil status, age (except as provided by law), religion, political convictions, language, ethnic or national origin, social condition or disability.

A listing may ask for a genuine job-related skill, for example a specialty or a language spoken with the salon's clients.

Harassment, including sexual or psychological harassment, is prohibited, on the site and during a shift. Do not keep contacting someone who has declined an offer or no longer wishes to talk with you.

• Listings accurately describe the work, the rate and the conditions.
• Profiles are real: one account per person, and photos of your own work.
• Reviews are sincere and about the shift that was worked.
• Fake profiles, fake listings and fake reviews are prohibited.

Do not post another person's contact details without their consent. Get your clients' consent before posting their photo in your portfolio.
